At RegisTeam, we help our clients’ businesses grow through SEO and paid traffic channels, and we automate businesses by implementing CRM systems.

What will need to be done?
– Communicating with clients and processing all client requests, including calls, chats, and emails.
– Assigning tasks to technical specialists based on client requests and your own analysis of the project’s results, and controlling task execution.
– Creating invoices in the CRM system for clients and ensuring timely payments.
– Reviewing and presenting reports to clients.
– Maintaining a client log and entering important client information into the CRM system.
– At least 2 years of experience working with clients as a sales manager or client account manager.
– Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of spoken English.
– Fluency in Ukrainian.
– Knowledge of negotiation techniques and handling objections. Experience in effective communication with clients.
– Responsibility and the ability to plan your own work.
– Willingness to work with current trends related to internet technologies.
– Understanding of how to find an effective approach to clients.
Working conditions
Salary starting from 39,000 UAH, with an increase after the probation period (minimum 2 months) according to the grading system.
