At RegisTeam, we help our clients’ businesses grow through SEO and paid traffic channels, and we automate businesses by implementing CRM systems.
We are an official Google Premier Partner, as well as a ZohoCRM partner. We operate in more than 30 countries worldwide.
What will need to be done?
– Active communication with clients (Upwork, video calls, phone calls, messengers, chats, email).
– Consulting clients on the selection and purchase of the company’s advertising services.
– Conducting presentations and preparing invoices and contracts.
– Creation of reports and participating in department meetings.
– At least 2 years of experience as a sales manager would be an advantage.
– Strong communication skills.
– Desire to actively grow and improve professional skills.
– Proficiency in spoken English and Ukrainian.
– Ability to effectively work with potential clients.
– Capability to conduct presentations and prepare commercial offers.
– Understanding of how to plan and organize your work.
Working conditions
Salary starts from 20,000 UAH for a probationary period (2 months), salary after probation will be negotiated.
Adaptation system
Joining a new team and learning a new process system can be challenging, but at RegisTeam, newcomers aren’t left to figure everything out on their own. There’s a structured training program, systemized team integration, and support from HR and managers, with a well-established feedback system.
Transparent communication within the company
At RegisTeam, there are no bosses, only leaders and mentors. To reach out even to the CEO, you don’t need to schedule an appointment through an assistant; just open the chat. You’ll have even closer contact with your direct supervisor, with regular 1-2-1 meetings and team discussions.
Paid training in your specialty
Twice a year. Employees can also propose themselves for various internships and training programs where they believe they can gain valuable knowledge for professional growth. Suggest, justify, and start learning.
Vertical and horizontal growth within the company
At least vertical growth is mandatory. We don’t hire people who intend to stay at a junior level for years. We are only interested in individuals who are ready to grow rapidly and energetically, not those who are content with the status quo.
