Challenges of the project

Before working with RegisTeam, the client did not have a configured Google Ads account, so we created a new account and launched campaigns from scratch. The primary goal was to build the brand’s online presence and increase sales volume.

Project Performance in the First Month of Collaboration

In the first month, we set up and launched five campaigns (PMax, Shopping, and Demand Gen) and achieved the following results:

– over 340,000 impressions;

– over 8,800 clicks;

– first 23 conversions;

– CPC in performance campaigns: 6–11 UAH;

– effective remarketing and strong traffic quality.

Team actions

After analyzing the initial results, we took the following steps:

1. Early testing and shutting down inefficient channels.

The first results showed that Shopping and Demand Gen delivered low returns: weak ROAS, low conversion value, and cold traffic. Within the first two weeks, we turned off these formats and shifted focus to the most promising campaigns. This allowed us to reallocate the budget toward more effective traffic sources.

2. In-depth PMax testing and identification of winning setups.

During the next phase, we активно tested different PMax setups: separate asset groups, various creative formats, and different audience approaches. Some combinations showed moderate results, but the best performance came from a single, consolidated PMax campaign — it delivered consistent ROAS growth and steady sales.

3. Relaunch of search ads with a focus on high-intent users.

We tested new Search campaigns, but they did not reach the target performance at first. After refining the keyword structure and adjusting the bidding strategy, we relaunched search in a way that turned it into one of the strongest channels, achieving a ROAS of 730%.

4. Scaling through PMax and feed optimization.

After restructuring PMax and improving the product feed, we started to see steady growth in both conversion value and ROAS. During this phase, we achieved especially strong results: ROAS increased to approximately 1,162%.

Results

At the moment, the Search campaign in Ukraine shows an average ROAS of approximately 1,550%, while PMax maintains an average ROAS of around 450%. The number of purchases and total revenue continue to grow steadily, keeping a positive trend even during scaling.

Alongside growth in Ukraine, the client decided to gradually expand their presence in Europe. We supported this step by preparing the launch structure for the Polish market, adapting the strategy, and ensuring the account was technically ready for scaling. At this stage, we are running initial local traffic tests and collecting primary analytics, which will serve as the foundation for further growth.

In summary, our team achieved the following results:

1. An account with zero history was turned into a stable lead generation tool.

2. Conversions increased by 8.6×.

3. CPA in key campaigns dropped by 2.5×.

4. CPC decreased by 12%, while traffic quality improved significantly.

5. PMax reached 1307% ROAS, and Search achieved 571% ROAS.

Conclusion

The RegisTeam team consistently optimized Google Ads campaigns and was able to significantly improve results for the client’s brand within the first months of cooperation. Previously, the business had no clear advertising strategy, so the main priority was building a stable and predictable lead generation model.

Over the course of our work, we achieved sustainable performance growth: the number of conversions increased, their cost decreased, and traffic quality improved significantly. Brand visibility in search grew, and Performance Max campaigns began reaching a much larger share of the solvent audience.

We also quickly established an efficient working rhythm with the client: all changes were implemented without unnecessary delays, ideas were approved promptly, and feedback came on time. This collaboration made it possible to test hypotheses quickly, maintain momentum, and adjust the strategy exactly when needed. Today, we continue our partnership and are already planning campaigns for international markets.
