Guidelines for Providing Access to the Google Search Console
Instructions
1. Open the Google Search Console.
2. From the top left, select the website to which you want to share access:
IMPORTANT! Provide access to a resource-domain, not just a resource because Google is dependent on the protocol (http or https), subdomain (with or without www or other options) or subfolder.
3. Next, at the bottom, click Settings -> Users and permissions.
4. Click Add user, enter the address.

Leave the access level as Full and click Add.
